We provide this service to insure your air conditioning, heating, furnace, solar and power system will run as efficiently and trouble free as possible while maintaining any factory warranties.
The name of our maintenance service is Total Comfort Solution. Just as the name implies, this agreement will cover your total comfort system. We have listed the many benefits you will enjoy with our new plan.
In order to keep your existing warranties covering specific parts valid, systems must be maintained on a regular basis. Most manufactures recommend that equipment is serviced at least two times per year. This service can be completed either by you or by a certified company such as ours.
The advantage of having a certified company service your heating and air conditioning system far out weighs doing it yourself. We document the 37 point inspection and service history on your system providing the required manufacturer proof of service, if there is ever a warranty claim. All of our maintenance customers enjoy priority service, lower utility bills and discounts on service.
Once we receive the signed agreement, you will be scheduled for your first maintenance.
Your second maintenance will be scheduled approximately 6 months later. Our service department will contact you in advance to confirm a convenient date and time.
As one of our valued Customers you will have the following benefits to all repairs and emergency service:
NEVER A TRIP CHARGE:
The usual $89.99 trip charge will not apply to our maintenance agreement customers.
PREFERENTIAL SERVICE:
Since scheduling delays might sometimes be necessary, maintenance agreement customers receive highest consideration in the scheduling of emergency calls.
PARTS DISCOUNTS:
Should replacement parts be necessary, maintenance agreement customers save 10 %.
